We invite proposals for paper presentations, posters and exhibits, virtual lightning talks, or colloquia. Submissions should align with one of the main themes listed below, though relevant sub-topics outside these areas are also welcome.

Abstract Submission Sample Abstract Sample Paper
In the first instance, we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but it is recommended that you read the call for papers first to ensure that you choose the correct track and submission type.
Submitting an Abstract
- Abstracts must be between 250 and 500 words.
- If you wish to publish in the conference proceedings, you may optionally submit an extended abstract (800 to 1,500 words). Extended abstracts should cover the introduction, objectives, methodology, results, discussion/conclusion, recommendations, and relevant references.
- We strongly encourage submitting a comprehensive abstract that offers a clear summary of your research, outlining its background, purpose, methodology, key findings, and main conclusions.
- Please submit all materials in English, and include a brief biography alongside your submission.
Submitting a Paper
- Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers including the abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, tables, figures, and references.
- Please review your manuscript carefully for typographical and grammatical errors prior to submission. Authors for whom English is a second language are strongly encouraged to have their papers proofread by a native English speaker. Submissions that do not meet the required standard of English may be returned without review.
- All submissions must present original, previously unpublished research, whether experimental or theoretical, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Manuscripts should strictly adhere to the conference formatting guidelines and will be subject to peer review and editorial revision.

Publication
Proceedings Publication and Conference-Associated Journals:
All accepted and registered abstracts and extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Proceedings. Additionally, authors are invited to submit their full papers for potential publication in journals indexed by Scopus (Elsevier), Web of Science Core Collection (ESCI), Google Scholar, and DOAJ. Please note that final acceptance and indexing depend on each journal's review of the paper's quality, scope, and content.

Journal Publications
SSRGlobal offers authors the opportunity to publish in journals indexed by SCOPUS (Elsevier), Web of Science (ESCI), Google Scholar, DOAJ, and CrossRef. We invite you to submit your original, unplagiarized full manuscript or research paper either before or after the conference. Once the review process is complete, we will email you the decision along with the reviewers' reports. Publication fees are due upon article acceptance and prior to final processing.
ONE registration fee covers the following for registered authors:
- Admission to all conference sessions
- A 10–15 minute presentation slot for one paper
- Publication of the paper in the digital conference proceedings
- Consideration for publication in an associated journal
- A certificate of presentation (or participation for non-presenting attendees)
- Eligibility for the Session Best Paper Award

Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation time allocated 15 mins (10 mins presentation & 05 mins questions)
- For poster presenters, maximum poster size is 36" wide × 48" high (3 ft. × 4 ft.)
